about naturbia
a no-bs, high-minded collective, planetary-sustainability environment project, naturbia is nature-based urbanization for the spiritual era and, therefore, naturbia locations are sacred places. think of each as a friendly, loving, cool, fun, and really chill, freenatured habitat with lots of curious, really happy, compassionate, kindintellectual people on their best behavior without trying. our founder is a futurist so there may be some things that seem weird because they are new or not commonly used in mainstream places. it makes it really fun and awesome though. you might feel like saying wow wee a lot!

joining
your first 2 weeks are free. we will assign a membership coordinator to you. that person will help you understand our values so we can see if naturbia is really for you. in case you like our values, but live differently, we will utilize the 2 weeks to see how adaptable you are. we are happy to help people, but not willing to allow past-lifestyle influences to disrupt our futurevibe. so, if you are willing to step up quickly, even though its foreign and exhibit this in the 2 weeks, we’ll invite you to join on a conditional basis. if at anytime, it becomes clear you were faking (a common pasthuman really dumb idea), and you are, in any way (conscious or not), attempting to influence our values negatively or reinstituting pastculture values, we’ll kick you out. at this point, the rest of the world exists that way so go back there if that’s how you want to live.

habitats overview
• 24 hour vacation rentals. (when you get here til when you leave, on 24 hour cycles, we’ll see when that is, in advance using intuition, and talk with you about it on the phone or upon arrival).
• you may pay either by the day, week, month, annually, or by decade.
• if you don’t have cash, or choose otherwise, you may pay with sweat.*
• rentals are transferable.
* high quality work required for sweat payment.

naturbia is a positive honest everything place.
no bullying.
no meanness.
no energy vampires.
no self absorption.
no self sabatog.
no sabatoging others.
no butting. i.e. taking someone else’s earned turn.
no dominating.
no laziness.
no insulting.
no lying.
no flaking (that is a big one to overcome here huh!)
no hurting anyone’s feelings.
no hurting anyone physically or energetically.
no mental attacking or dominating (i.e. mind controlling).
no psychic attacking or dominating (i.e. mind controlling).
no uninvited mind reading. (i.e. information mining).
no verbal attacking or dominating.
no thought manipulating or blocking.
no forcing supposedly spiritual and/or educational practices.
no mediocrity. ~ we will help you master the craft you are working on.
no competing. ~ we will help you learn how to cooperate with others.

there is a project leader, so, if you have an extreme no-authority-trip or authority-trip, either one, this isn’t the right place for you until you get over that.

sweat equity
become a sweat equity owner/steward and a member of naturbia (starting in west sonoma county california ~ russian river valley) that means you will be an owner of the land/buildings for life and will be a welcome guest at any naturbia spot forever. (unless you attempt to ruin it for everyone, then, you’ll be asked to stay away for good reason.)

long-term, committed, team players please only consider our sweat equity investment. no exceptions. this is not intended to be harsh, it’s clear to me (caroline) this project is a continuation of many progressive ideas that have been harmed greatly due to ego issues, so, we’ve decided to learn that lesson and disallow it.

current sweat equity investment* ~ 3-4 months full time or around 480-640 hours total over any time frame (hours required depends on skill offered). so, for example: 480 hours is approximately (without taxes) an investment of $16,800 at $35 per hour for skilled construction labor. and, 640 hours is an investment of $12,800 at $20 an hour (an average for low level building labor). you can also invest skills other than building (like writing!). please keep in mind, this is a professional organization. you will be required to be at certain skill level or allow instruction to get there if you aren’t there yet. *as time goes by, the sweat equity buy-in will go up. i.e. this is the lowest it will be.

future culture movement project
we are open to hearing/including everyone’s ideas and we pay royalties for ideas we put in publications.^

we have a few ways for you to do this:
1. using the simple forms we have on the computers.*
2. you may draw them on paper, photograph them and upload the files to the database. *

^ no forcing though. If you need financial help, please tell us. rather than use the right info at the wrong time because someone needs money, we’d rather just help you if you are in a bind. absolutely no judgement, so don’t feel embarrassed to talk with us about what you need.
